Haha, surely the Stanislaw Lem reference gave it away? How would Gabriel write Lem influenced words so quickly after his death? Unless of course, he just happened to be doing so before his unfortunate death.

Yeah, I believed it too............. Still, it was a
nicer joke than the kids waking me at 6.30am to say
the cat had dumped on the (white) carpet!!! (As far as
jokes go that was not funny!)

I was April wise all day long, but Friede turned me into an April fool after all .
Now I know how to make a succesful April fool joke, though: you have to make use of someone's desires. The desires make you blind. I believed her for 10 seconds, and it was like: wait a minute... But they were very long and happy and intense 10 seconds!
