To get back to the poll, I honestly think all the bands on that list are great for thier own reasons, and I will probably listen to Magical Mystery Tour, Strange Days, Are You Experienced?, and Animals before the end of the month. I cant choose.

because your saying that you hate all these people that think they are superior, while insinuating that they know nothing, yet you seem to think your superior to them when your the same age that you were targeting.

i have led zeppelin in my cd player, im a teen, and i dont play an instrument, i have done nothing to say my musical opinion is superior to anyone here, infact its the opposite, i'm here to learn and listen to the "gurus" (for lack of a better term). And as for not liking the doors or hendrix on top of that? hmph i wonder if i can take you opinion seriously at all.

on top of that your 16 (judging by your profile), what makes you so different?

Well said young Jiggasake. You are absolutely within  your rights to have an opinion. Riph's line of thinking is so elitist it makes me sick. He needs to be B#tch slapped!

Why aren't I within my rights to have an opinion?

If you've done nothing to say your musical opinion is superior to anyone else's, then why are you offended by my post?

I will third this comment.  No ZEP, No Who, No Black Sabbath, Rolling Stones, Cream, Derek and the Dominos,  Grand Funk, The Archies, Partridge Family  oops going to far. This poll is pointless.

well for rock, not being prog i particullarly like these

1. Led Zeppelin

2. Rainbow (Dio on vocals)

3. Deep Purple

4. The Jam/the clash, punk with real music in it

5. Nirvana

and some more (Elton John is not rock I suppose, else He's nr 1)

That's none of the above If I'm correct

This is pointless without Mariah on the list... and the "other" option, certainly doesn't cover up for the expectations I have set upon her

I agree. This is a progressive site for one thing. Second the list of bands is VERY short. Third, it seems to me having Pink Floyd on this thread is inappropriate.

Perhaps I should start a best diva thread, but include Pink Floyd in the choosing.

I love the irony of this comment
