camel aren't boring. One of the best prog bands ever ;). They are like a much cooler and proggier version of Pink floyd :)

Prog owns.
Bands in this genre that I hate dont even bore me.
Boring: Styx (NOT prog)
Any band that sounds like Nickleback (most everything on the radio now)

Camel, Opeth, Marillion, and Rick Wakeman's mid to late solo albums are the first respected prog artists that popped in my head.
*yawn*
PS : and how could I forget The Beatles' "White Album"? ... that really bores me to tears! (it's a good thing that they made changes and released their masterpiece called "Abbey Road")

I tried to get into the ambient electronic stuff and Fripp's soundscapes, but it didnt hold my interest long enough to get into it
