My wife and I are good cooks, but we are contemplating something easy for dinner from the grocery store after I shell out $400+ for brake work. I wish I were eating my wife, but she's not horny right now.

Lazy man's half-premade pasta dish:
~100g pre-sliced mixed bell peppers (capsicum to Aussies) sautéed in olive oil, ~200g pre-made olive pasta sauce, ~250g pre-made tortellini (boil + serve), grated parmesan (grana padano) cheese. 10 minutes to a decent meal.

Iranian rice. I messed it up though and did not get all the tadiq I should have. My pots are thin and cook things too fast so I always take it off the stove too early. Oh well. Still delicioius.
