Dude, my favorite Glass Hammer album is Lex Rex, followed by either Shadowlands or Chronometree. Actually, Glass Hammer isn't a Christian band, though the subject matter of Lex Rex does have Christian overtones. If you like Yes and early Genesis, you'll love Glass Hammer.

Easy Livin, thanks for the welcome and yes, the Cinema name has its roots in the Squire/White/Rabin/Kaye project of the early 80s. I didn't really like Cinema's music so much, but their name was certainly catchy.

I have Chronometree. Excellent musicianship, however the singer just doesn't click. Lex Rex is supposed to be their best.

Welcome Cinema,Big smile

I agree about GH, they make great music. Before MP3.com went belly up, GH had a lot of tracks for download on it from their various albums. Some had strong ELP hints to them, especially around the keyboards.

By the way, has your name anything to do with the Chirs Squire project of that name?

If you haven't heard of Glass Hammer, you owe it to yourself to check
them out. Definitely one of the best prog bands in the world, and their
music is indeed epic. While cruising their website, I noticed Glass Hammer
just released a new video page that features them playing "One King"
from their Lex Rex album. An absolutely fantastic song, and their
musicianship is beyond reproach. This is why I love progressive rock so
dearly. Treat yourself and check it out at the following URL:
