XM radio show, opinions?

   Hey all...I recently got XM (my god, the savior of radio), and have been listening (among other shows) to the prog/jam band show called The Lab. Anyone else listening and have any opinon? So far, they seem to be doing a pretty darn good job. I have heard bands I have not heard (but heard of, like Dream Theatre), and some I just haven't heard of at all (OSI and some I can't remember now).
