Give it a whirl mate, there's normally someone here who can identify unknown songs.

Hi Folks,

I'm really happy to have found this site! Just from browsing through the posts, I've been reminded of some music I used to enjoy that I had completely forgotten about ( Brand X, Steve Hackett), and started a list of stuff I'd like to hear. This is great!

I found it because I was doing my occasional search to identify a song I used to hear on an FM station back in around 1975. It only played for a few months, but they never identified the artist or title. I was listening to ELP during lunch which is what reminded me of that song.

I know a lot of the lyrics and have searched many websites, but I think you folks might be able to help me. Is this an appropriate place to describe the song and the lyrics (as I remember them anyway, I mean it's been 30 years...)?

Thanks,

Craig
