Like all five to various degrees. VDGG > Marillion > PT > Camel > Kansas. I put a pillow in the blender and the blender frowned at me.

A no-brainer vote for Van der Graaf Generator. Camel is the only other one of these that I have cared about and connected with me, but I have rarely listened to Camel for twenty years (I do find the Snow Goose great). VdGG has been a favourite of mine over the past 20 years, and unlike may bands which I loved and my interest waned, my interest in VdGG went from strength to strength. That said, I will be very happy to return to Camel again whenever the urge comes. Kind of feel like playing some Mirage right now... "When he rides, my fears subside, for darkness turns once more to light." Always loved that track.

Out of the ones you have listed Porcupine Tree would always be dearest to me, although Marillion might come as a close second, followed by VdGG. I like both Camel and Kansas but they were never really among these bands that I go crazy for.

I'm not sure if all of these would round out my top ten since my favorite bands come and go but for now at least this is as close to a definitive "the other five" list that I could up with. Jethro Tull, The Moody Blues, Gentle Giant and ELP just miss my top ten. I also was going to put in the Who and Led Zeppelin but they would probably be better for a non prog poll (same thing with the Moody Blues too even though they could be considered prog or at least more than LZ and the Who).
