That's where I saw Anderson, Bruford, Wakeman and Howe; excellent concert and venue.

Hi,

I am not sure you'll catch me in any Arena ... unless I'm dead. And the experience with Pink Floyd (saw them 4 times) was enough to kill it all for me ... Hollywood Bowl 1972 ... awesome and the right size audience and folks ... DSOTM fine, but already drunk idiots screaming rock'n'roll /// Sports Arena for The Wall ... 714 folks got busted before the show outside and at least 200 more during the show !!!!!///Anaheim Stadium ... told me all I EVER needed to know about Arena/Stadium shows ... a fight broke out for the pieces of the pig, and Roger got mad ... AND it was in all the bootlegs of the Anaheim Shows. It wasn't pretty!

Other than PF, though, I don't think I was never really interested in any of the others. Tangerine Dream at the Greek Theater (back cover of Encore) ... was far out and the best size for a show. Meatloaf I would love to see if they redid the original Rocky Horror Picture Show and had him drive up his Harley through all the folks sitting on tables with food at the theater! But alas ... they all just about gone to another universe!

Music is not just for listening ... it is for LIVING ... you got to feel it to know what's it about! Not being told!

This assortment doesn't grab me as much. Maybe Kansas, followed by BOC, and Styx (if only for the plexiglas toilet). Behold, my exponents sound like ducks!

BOC

Back in the day I was listening to the Bon Jovi, Def Leppard and Aerosmith albums, not so much now.

I never did listen to Women And Children First - probably should rectify that!

Difficult to make a choice between the following, but none are a no-brainer  winner either.

AC/DC - Let There Be Rock (1977)

Aerosmith - Toys in the Attic (1975)

Blue Oyster Cult - Secret Treaties (1974)

Heart - Little Queen (1977)

Queen - Sheer Heart Attack (1974)

Rainbow - On Stage (1977)

let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword

Kansas / Rush / Rainbow to follow...
Music has always been a matter of energy to me. On some nights I believe that a car with the needle on empty can run 50 more miles if you have the right music very loud on the radio. Hunter S Thompson
