Genesis - Some days this one rises to my #1 spot - that title is mostly shared by SEBTP or TOTT.
GG - have to admit, I like it but find it too constrained style-wise - they branched out successfully elsewhere: check Free Hand or ATT.
Gnidrolog - Thank god for Lady Lake we don't have to chew on Harry's Toe-Nail! TongueWink
Gong - The long jams really test my attention span on this release.
JG - Check out his bass work on National Health's Of Q's and Cures if you haven't already! 
Greenslade - Yes! That one and Bedside are my favs! 
Grobschnitt - I forgot they released that one! Best studio effort, but my fav recording of theirs will always be Solar Music Live!

The already named ones Solar Music Live and F#... are good candidates, but I like the German language Jumbo and Lift Your Fists... at least as much. At some point in my youth Solar Music Live was my favourite album. Maybe I have overplayed it so that I'm not quite so keen on it anymore.
