Hello Flying Teapot.

Background Magazine is een Nederlands progrock blad in de Engelse taal, onderaan mijn recensies op Prog Archives is er een link naar Background Magazine.

Background Magazine is a Dutch progrock paper in the English language. Under every review from me on Prog Archives, you will find a link to Background Magazine.

For a monthly online prog mag, look no further than the upcoming PA Newsletter! It should have a lot of interesting things, I hope.

I can also call them Classy Crock (of Sh*%t) because they can so full of it! They tend to twist facts , to fit their needs , and their moto seems to be: Sex and Drugs ans Sex and Drugs and a little RnR. But they make an entertaining read when not stuck on their eternal favorites

As for Acid dragon , this French mag is correct , but I prefer Traverses or Harmonie

If you are more in the easier prog mag , the belgo-franco mag Prog-resiste (buddies of mine) is fine!

As for Progression, I prefer Exposé mag , but they are down to two mags per year which too few!

let's just stay above the moral melee
prefer the sink to the gutter
keep our sand-castle virtues
content to be a doer
as well as a thinker,
prefer lifting our pen
rather than un-sheath our sword

THANKS

Hope to get some more suggestions. I have read Classic Rock Magazine and it quite good, but too general to be considered a prog Mag. I love British magazines they are so much superior in style, look, features and photos compared to the US magazines, and the British mags love to add CD's to their mags too.

Eric, IK ken Background Magazine niet? Is het Hollands?

Anyone else has problems with Progression magazine?

Acid dragon magazine looks interesting also.

Hey does anyone know of any good and "dependable" Progressive music magazines?

Of course we have "progression" but it seems extremely difficult for this magazine to be published in time, reason I never wanted to subscribe to it, as I felt that it was going bust all the time. Then the mag stopped appearing at Borders book stores, while three issues appeared on time. I tried to subscribed thinking it all was solved, but no issues have come out since and the Staff refuses to reply to my e-mail or letters.

Progresssion is a good magazine, nice articles, and reviews, and the CD's that come with the mag are a great introductio to new bands like the MP3's used to do on this website.

Does anyone know of any other magazines?
