I giggled here a bit Embarrassed
Dream Theater's album is called Systematic Chaos.

Sola Scriptura is a Neal Morse album.
Isn't Sola Gratia the album Morse released recently?

Here are my very loose answers, which will probably be different tomorrow:

1: Fear of a Blank Planet by Porcupine Tree
2: Doomsday Afternoon by Phideaux
3: Night by Gazpacho
4: Act II: The Meaning of, And All Things Regarding Ms. Leading by The Dear Hunter
5: Time Control by Hiromi’s Sonicbloom
6: Ziltoid the Omniscient by Devin Townsend
7: Mirrored by Battles
8: Sola Scriptura by Neal Morse
9: The Apocalypse Inside of an Orange by Omar Rodríguez-López Quintet
10: Frames by Oceansize
I use they/them pronouns (feel free to ask me about this!)

Check out my music on my bandcamp!

that's all I can come up with , I'll just have to blame it on the stock market collapse!

Galahad... Empires?
Satellite: Into The Night?
Knight Area: Under A New Sign?
Mystery: Beneath The Veil... ?
Quidam: Alone Together?

Just a handful of albums that might have been down your street, Rich??

I've heard some of the Galahad album and quite like Mystery but neither bands are ranking that high for me. I'm surprised I didn't know more music from this year as I was buying at least 50 CD's a year at this point. I can only think it was mainly historical prog and I was still playing 'catch up'.

The year is good enough to just about leave Radiohead's and Procupine Tree's albums out of the list - I like these bands a lot but their 2007 albums didn't convince me.

Battles - Mirrored
William D. Drake - Briny Hooves
Sleepytime Gorilla Museum - In Glorious Times
Robert Wyatt - Comicopera
The Gourishankar - 2nd Hands
Anekdoten - A Time of Day
Karda Estra - The Last of the Libertine
Maserati - Inventions for the New Season
Holger Czukay & Ursa Major - 21st Century
Asmus Tietchens & Richard Chartier - Fabrication
