Hi Easy Livin' Thanks for the compliment on ARFM, yes the David Byron speical was a bit 'special', Paul Chamberlain worked hard on that. As for new specials, well, errr. We have a Venom speical coming up and a NWOBHM special and we've been talking about a Genesis special for ages, but.... where to start....? We have a special long track poll running on the website, www.arfm.co.uk and I'll be playing all of the entries over the next few weeks then doing a special over Christmas to announce the results of the poll. Lots of guests lined up and even more being 'chased', but dare not say much until things are confirmed. All the best Prog Paul

Hi All, Just a quick note to let you know about some guests coming up on ARFm Soundscapes on ARFm. (Sky 913, Eurobird 1 & www.arfm.co.uk)... 9th Oct, John Young (JYB, Greenslade, Scorpions) & Ray Turrell from new band Area 39 16th Oct, GREG LAKE, chats about his new DVD, tour, King Crimson, ELP, Charity Work and future plans, plus David Kendall from UK Proggers Root. 23th Oct, Ashley Franklin the man behind the original Soundscapes on BBC Radio will join me for a chat. 30th Oct, Brit Prog Metal Band Soliloquy will be in to chat about this years Bloodstock experiences. If you want to vote for one of 10 long prog tracks, (picked by guests, listeners and sifted by the presenters!).. please go to the message board at www.arfm.co.uk, join the forum and vote. You have a choice from 10 tracks, not all 'prog classics' with some notable ommissions but.. there is a fair mix of old and new. Please have a look and see what you think. Many thanks Paul Baker ARF, Soundscapes
