^ You can check out Kazu Matsui's several albums. My favourite of his is Bamboo. He is Japanese, but spent time in China which, I think, influenced his music. I'll share a sample song off the album below.
I'm also a fan of Kang Qiao's album entitled Cloudless. It says Wan Liwu as the artist's name too. But this is likely false. No songs on Youtube off this new-age album. Most of my favourites are lesser known traditional Chinese albums. Your favourites get more authentic succesively, in your order of sharing them.
Pleasant, if typical, new-age stuff. I mostly listen to Far Eastern tunes, but tend to go traditional than modern in that. The Indian stuff... Equally good, but not as mystical as the, say, Chinese for my ears. |
