Saga's Worlds Apart is the easy choice, as it is my second favorite album of all-time (after Yes 90125, natch).

Were it not for Worlds Apart, I would have voted for FM's City of Fear, a vastly under-rated record.

I'm sure 2112 (a vastly over-rated record) will eventually capture the victory.
