isn't that subjective? It's like everyone agree on this issue. LOL I very much doubt that.
So which is the best TPT album?
Which is the best Gazpacho album?
IMO = in my opinion Big smile

Gazpacho - Night

TPT is more difficult. I kinda forgot about Dissolution, which I like most of their albums the last ten years. I listened a lot to their early catalogue, and albums melted into eachother at times. I can narrow the best down to What Have We Sown, Tightly Unwound and Dissolution, but I can't pick one, so I'll just say I add them and divide by three. Tightly Sown Dissolution.

If you want objectivity, or should I say statistics, PA ratings has Night at 4.12 and Dissolution at 3.99.

Thanks for answering and clarifying. .
No, I wasn't thinking of objectivity. Just misunderstood what you said there. EmbarrassedSmile

When I think about it, I find that both bands have gone the same direction with their later albums. I don't think the albums are all that unique, but has fallen into a pattern of sounding the same. Maybe more so with TPT than Gazpacho. Gazpacho's latest changes things a bit, but didn't excite me.

Both equally. Very similar bands that both create a nice ambient mood but also equally unremarkable.

Soord wins my vote. Gazpacho, perhaps appropriately, leave me cold.

Two different bands. There's plusses and minuses with each band. It's difficult to call one above the other so both equal here.
