Kashgar's second album - Artefact - has been released and serves up a spicy gumbo of rock, world, jazz and funk. Featuring Ben Bell (Gandalf's Fist), Marc Atkinson (Moon Halo, Riversea), James Chapman (Memories of Old) and Marcus Taylor (Broken Parachute), the album has an energy and vibe reminiscent of the early Santana disks.
