In the month of august it is 28 years since the passing of my favourite drummer Jeff Porcaro. A drummer whom have spiced ceveral tracks with great drumming.

What is your favourite Jeff Porcaro moment, which songs you hear is extra spessial becouse of the tastefull chops of Jeff?

To me ther is to many to count. But to be short I am always returning to Gaucho (song) as my fvourite single track were i know he plays. But there are MANY moments of Jeff Porcaro and many ways to hear hes greatness.

Hes drumming on Gaucho is what i will describe as poetic. Hes way of accentuate with the kick peddal is unique to Jeff hes fluid right foot and hes ghost notes is what makes him comparable with the great like Steve Gadd and Bernard Perdie.

If anyone have experienced him live or spoken to him its also cool to hear stories. In this year when hes father passed it's extra spessial to me to honor Jeff. A drummer whom is widly known in some circuts yet also can be brought forward more.
