It can be amusing to note how much a song can change over the years. Here are four different variations on a traditional folk ballad.
 
First, here's the well-known hit from 1963.
Inez and Charlie Foxx:  "Mockingbird"
 
Now, an earlier and very different version of the same song from 1955.
Bo Diddley:  "Bo Diddley"
