Also, I haven't heard the entire discography of all of these bands but with the exception of Gentle Giant* I have seen all of these bands live at least once and several twice.

* I did however see the band Three Friends which featured Gary Green and Malcom Mortimore.

Yup that Malmsteen, whose uninteresting and at times outright idiotic discography past 1996 I still find to be superior to the entirety of Rush's catalog in one single fell swipe.
