 Sorry Jean Luc, but underrating and overrating is here to stay. These are words that easily identify the regard or a lack there of  that people have for objects of art. So is underrating underrated? Not by a long shot. No. (Non.)

I've got a hunch that underrating underrating underrating becomes slightly overrated one day. Or overtale, but this option is not available. Anyway, 90% of such polls are crap, so I vote for option #1 with the remark that I may be mixed up, just a bit. I can't see the wood through the trees any longer.
