Correct, Hockey is Hockey, only when played on other surfaces does it need qualifying.

Street Hockey
Field Hockey
Floor Hockey
Aqua Hockey (no really, there is such a thing)

And my all time favourite...
Tonsil Hockey, it's a thing up here, very enjoyable sport.

Oopsie. I guess I was too excited about it being Canada day.

And hmm...no love of field hockey or just the assumption that any talk of hockey must be of the ice variety until proven otherwise? :p
