    Hi there.Trying to find a good place for like minded bands to network, is this it?
Daughter plays in a Nottingham band, Scriptures, who have major prog leanings (long for, intros, outros, enough pedals to fly to Mars and back) but always seem to get stuck on bills between 4 or 5 punk and meat&potato rock bands. All of them are great but the audience tends not to be looking for the 7 minute offerings. They are looking to spread further afield, after CD launch in May. I'm trying to help out sounding out venues atc, and was wondering about like proggy  bands, what sort of scene there was nationwide, any hot beds and opportunities for reciprocal gigs. Hopefully this could a good launching pad.
