It was a fantastic event if attendance was a bit lighter than one would have liked...but it was the first one. We hope to grow. Those announced for ProgStock 2018 were:

Orpheus Nine (awaiting entry to Progarchives.com)
Evership
Enchant

From what I read it was a success despite the fact that maybe only around 200 people attended(at least that's what I saw on PE and FB). A few bands were already announced for next year but I'll let the organizers announce those(I forgot who anyway except for Orpheus 9 and Evership).

Wish I could check this out; less than 4 miles from my house as the crow flies, about a ten minute drive. But I have a second job working nights and weekends, just cant squeeze it in.

Actually I wouldn't have gone anyway because I don't have the budget for it but I do plan on possibly going next year if I can. It's a lot closer to me than Rosfest is so I would go to PS instead of Rosfest.

Well....lets hope not everyone goes to the Jersey shore-mere miles from ProgStock-because I will assure you it will be a "one and done" in that case. ;)

I won't be going because I will be at the Jersey shore this weekend. However, I hope it gets a really good turn out and I wish the festival a lot of success. Hopefully it won't be a "one and done" festival.

Sorry that I hadn't mentioned it this week here in this thread but Tom Palmieri from ProgStock was on The Gagliarchives for hours 2-4 (not on first hour in other words) tonight. Reair is 11am Eastern US time at AuralMoon.com. Thanks to Tom Gagliardi for the interview!

Great line-up, congrats, any worries about proximity to Progtoberfest in Chicago the following weekend?

Admittedly, it's a bit of a double edged sword to share a few bands in common with Progtoberfest but it does enable international bands to pay for and justify coming over the pond to be sure. So three bands in common does make the person only interested in those 3 bands to start making choices but ultimately there's so many other factors on which to attend as they're different animals on different dates in different cities.

So it's going to be at Union County Performing Arts Center in Rahway, NJ just 6 miles by train from Newark Liberty Airport. Couldn't be very much more convenient for people flying in. Pledging begins Friday, March 17th. I'll post again with the link when it's available.
