Hi there!

I've been a supporter and reviewer for progarchives for years now and I can finally announce I have found the perfect band for myself: the Mother Bass. We've been writing and playing since the summer of 2015 and recently we recorded a promo recording of six song; the First Born Promo.

I would love to hear your reactions!

Bio:

What if Led Zeppelin was a movie? What if Black Sabbath was a song by Frank Sinatra? And what if Soundgarden was turned into a spy novel? Mother Bass is inspired by the great (rock)acts of the twentieth century and adds a cinematic layer within their music, thus creating their own style of hard rock.

The songs of the band are born on the Stratocaster guitar played by Friso Woudstra. They are enriched by the inventive drums of Roy Veltien. The sound is made gutsy by the heavy bass guitar sound of Roel van Erp. Finally, the songs come to life when singer and performer Daan Dekker joins in.

Within Mother Bass each musician has the space to excel in every song, without ever losing track of the song itself. On stage you can expect a wild ride full of atmosphere and an intense performance.
