Please recommend modern keyboard trio which is not ELP clone

this is an example: main instrument is Hammond, but they managed to do it differently from Keith Emerson stuff
John Novello also occasionally throws synths in the mix, but they are modern/digital and not associated with vintage Moog.

You should definitely check out Ars Nova and Gerard from Japan. Both have been around for more than 20 years, but that shouldn't stop you. I think they're both strongly influenced by ELP.





If I may recommend older bands, you should check out Triumvirat (sort of the german ELP) and Trace (sort of the dutch ELP).

Krunkelstiltskin are a young band from USA. Other than them maybe try out American act Zombi. It's a duo though but on their album Spirit Animal, they truly sound like a trio with the add on of some very Squiresque bass ornamentations:
