Topic: fave Anekdoten albums Posted: September 04 2016 at 10:19 |
I love this band's music, but I just can't stand the vocalist. Vemod had some great riffs, so voted that.

I have only got their newest, Until all the Ghosts are Gone, and I really loved it. I wonder where should I go next with them... Waking the Dead seems like a good option, I usually like live albums to start exploring the music from a band.

Garvity! Somehow the two other albums I know (A time of Day and Until all the Ghosts ..) I find kind of boring.

All their studio albums are great, but Waking the Dead is my favorite Anekdoten album. Voted for Until All the Ghosts are Gone.

I think Anekdoten is the best contemporary Swedish prog band and maybe one of the best prog bands of last two or three decades. I vote 'Vemod'.

Ghosts and Vermod are way up on my list but I voted for Ghosts. I've only played Nucleus once since it came in the mail but I could tell that it will be high on the list.

1. Nucleus 2. Vemod 3. Until All the Ghosts Are Out
I don't really like the rest. "The War Is Over" from Gravity is lovely though.

Haven't heard their new album yet but among the rest of them it's definitely Nucleus.
