I always vote for my favourite(s), which this time comprises all musical qualities in one single masterpiece:  Emerson, Lake & Palmer - Trilogy

Well lucky for some (me anyway) it's not Permanent Waves, Red, Brain Salad Surgery and Fugazi... LTIA for thee LTIA 1 and 2 epics. Moving Pictures for it's incredible songs, Misplaced Childhood for a latter day lyrical epic, and Trilogy for being consistent and stunning (not always both for ELP).

Hard to vote against Crimson who are almost always fantastic. Currently I have no copy of any but Trilogy (updating the collection just takes forever, like a prog epic...) so I think Trilogy...

I am not a big fun of Crimson. But in this poll they are the best band for sure.

Considering the competition, this was a slam dunk for the ELP boys. They really went deep on Trilogy, perhaps their finest.

Misplaced Childhood. My favorite by the band so it's not a contest for me.

1. Lark's Tongue
2. Moving Pictures
2. Trilogy
4. Misplaced Childhood

Yes there are two number 2's in there because if there is an argument from me about any spot, it is which one is #2.  I do love all 4 albums though, but Lark's Tongue is just so excellent....

King Crimson for me. If it was Permanent Waves I'd pick that.
