Is there anyway that the original poster can get an e-mail tickler every time this thread is updated?

-------someone please tell him to delete this line, he looks like a noob-------

I don't have an unnatural obsession with Disney Princesses, I have a fourteen year old daughter and coping mechanisms.

Don't claim you had no hand in this.

I've matured since my early days in this thread.

I used to write for a particular movie magazine so I just had a related account

people I interviewed, people I wanted to interview, people i'd met along the way.
it was just a means for networking really - so it was no great shakes to give it up

I gave the whole thing up .. too much bitterness, sour grapes, and like I said - desperation - in that field.

that's why I like this place - very positive - for the most part.

You hand pick the people you want to communicate with but unfortunately you're exposed to every inane opinion your friend's friends have. and you keep getting friend suggestions based on those idiots.

because of that - facebook is Sh*tbook.

fb has all those features Walton Street. Your posts can be set to be private or only for selective few etc. hugs Hug

not my posts - others posts ..
I was hiding so many feeds I just killed my account.
I just got sick of all the negativity and desperation for validation :)

FB is not much use unless you know how to take advantage of this Big smile Also on fb I have over 3600 friends. I am very picky and only accept friend requests if they have friends in common with me, thus common interests.  Big smileHug
I've accepted every request I've gotten and I only have 30 (thirty) "friends". Approve
lol Vompatti, you make me laugh your comments are so cute, obnoxious at times and so funny too lol xx LOLHug

But here lies the problem with our dear friend who wants to delete his account. Maybe being himself requires him to be influenced by others and take things personally. Cry

Well, since i take an Ativan before entering, there's no possible intimidation. LOL

I remember a guy who joined another forum just to insult me, because I replied a 5 pages post with lots of big blue fonts to a political affirmation he made (His affirmation was damn wrong).

Then he came back and I said "Hello, I read your post"....He vanished. Dead

I used to be mean. Evil Smile
