Ah, joy, Madoff got 150 years... now, honestly, did the judge never think that it might be sending out the wrong message to suggest that any amount of money is worth that much time? Murderers get less. If it hadn't been a media case, no way the sentence would be that high; honestly, seems like a childish vengeance sentence to me.

He did, and I've seen worse too. On that immigration forum I have often mentioned, people call each other names (and much worse ones at that) on a daily basis. However, just because it happens elsewhere, it doesn't mean it should be allowed. I have learned the hard way to be careful with my words, and, if such behaviour must be accepted, then we should all be free to insult other people too - Collabs or not. I can promise you'd see some fun around here, if I was free to call other people names .

case of a misunderstanding and being high-strung. EDIT: I've seen much worse on other forums that were resolved amicably between, or were forgotten by, both parties over time without outside intervention. I think Harry cleared it up himself admirably.

I wonder how no one reported that Meshuggah thread... That guy AM attacked Harry personally with words that, in my view of the world, can be considered as insults. If this trend is not curbed soon, this forum is going to hell in a handbasket, I'm afraid.

I've only got one EST album though but the same applies with Jaga Jazzist.
I need more.

EST aren't strictly jazz either. They blend elements of nu jazz into their sound and also use electronics.

That's true. I just meant they're more strictly jazz than Flecktones.
