Ok, not really but I think that's a pretty crappy thing to do. Some people (religious or not) are just so quick to judge without knowing all the facts. I think that actually might fit into one of the "fear" songs. "Witch Hunt" maybe. Wink

At minimum tarred and feathered.......

The problem I had was when we got a revival preacher that was a real fire breather who preached about the devil, all of his works and his cunning snares for youth. Of course, it was this album that got confiscated.

We fought over it but what really got me in trouble was for smarting off to the revival preacher who knew nothing about the album but was completely focused on the cover. I found this to be a recurring theme with narrow-minded people.

Of course, I replaced 2112 later and eventually had the pleasure of seeing Rush in concert three different times.

I doubt the band ever had in mind the other lessons you could learn from their music.
I hear ya!! Although I always understood the pentagram pointing down, meaning the two points upward was the satanic version with the devil as a goat. With the pentagram as on the cover it is a sign of a human being.....

I'm surprised Alex said that about Phil. Old bands continue to play because they love music.

Robert Fripp has always sat down while performing, so why can't Phil?

No joke, I was watching that on my TV the other night! Clap

I couldn't believe what it turned out to be. I thought it was going to be a more obvious choice.

Beato has so many great videos. I do love his WMTSG? breakdown of Van Halen's "Jump."

Any idea why the site is still down after the scheduled maintenance was supposed to have finished?

I'm on there (new world man). I wasn't aware the site was down.

There doesn't seem to be a whole lot of prog fans on there though. Most Rush fans (on there at least) seem to be into heavy metal stuff or anything metal related.

Absolutely love this guy as well. His channel is awesome. Also Jose I love when he visits new music’s top 15 on Spotify.
He has some pretty choice words to say about that auto tune garbage.
Your not kidding on auto tune as well playing live in a recording studio, not something that happens today.....I think he is being kind sometimes when he listens to those Top streamed tunes. LOL

His interviews are very good also, I really enjoy the one he did with Sting about a month ago.

I am, but no idea. It's been down since first thing this morning for me (UK).

Sad too to see TNMS has permanently gone offline.

I'm not, I think I tried joining once and it would never let me in.
