Yes (at least, the set list). I'm currently pretending albums + DVDs don't exist so I won't buy any.

Good idea.  LOL  Good preparation for being a uni pauper.  Wink

I have nightmares about the gov't removing the tuition fees cap and me begging for cigarettes off passing tramps. It's odd because I don't smoke.

Yes (at least, the set list). I'm currently pretending albums + DVDs don't exist so I won't buy any. So far, fairly effective. Still, I'll definitely look it up when that illusion falls through.

That sounds somewhat accurate at the least, but I'm expecting my enjoyment of Ki to be higher than my enjoyment of Octahedron. Wink
Given that second spin yet? Smile

Don't know if Alex has yet, but I've given it four so far. I could probably manage to give it 4 stars, but barely. I still think it's their worst album to date.
While listening to Octahedron a couple of nights back I found myself thinking that it might even end up being my favourite TMV album so far... Even better than Comatorium that started it all for me, but we'll see.

I'd say it's better than Frances, except that to me, Octahedron doesn't have anything that stands up to Cygnus...Vismund Cygnus or L' Via L' Viaquez. Although I still need to give it a few more listens to be sure. But time will tell.

However, on today's display, Murray won't win Wimbledon.

Ah, okay.

Predictions:
Roddick vs. Hewitt      3-1
Murray vs. Ferrero       3-2

Haas vs. Djokovic       3-0
Karlovic vs. Federer     3-0

Haas won't go down so easily methinks.. In fact I'll take him for the upset. Wink

Haas is a fantastic player, but I think Djokovic is too solid to be upset. I could see Djokovic giving up a set, but no more.

Who knows though? I may be surprised.

Yeah, I've given it 3 extremely attentive listens now, and a few "half-listens" where I wasn't paying full attention or only listened to some songs.

I'd say it's either a 3 or 4 star album for me by PA's standards (I honestly can't choose), but since it's TMV---it's still a solid album. My favorite two songs are Teflon and Cotopaxi.
Yeah. I'm absolutely blown away by With Twilight as My Guide and to a slightly lesser extent Desperate Graves Heart

Hmm, Ki's title track has a part that reminds me very much of Enya's Orinoco Flow Tongue

As for the women's game, I don't give a rats arse.

It'll just be the Williams' in the final... so it'll be dull as dishwater.

Murray hater. Angry

You said he'd win just now. LOL

Yeah, I'm pretty sure he'll win, but I'm rooting for an upset really badly and that's the only way it'll happen. LOL

Nah, the upsets will be:

Hewitt beating Roddick      40% chance of upset
Haas beating Djokovic         3% chance of upset

^^^^ That's how I see it, something like that.

Either of those are possible. I think the first one is way more likely than the second though.
