I'm a kick ass teacher.
There'd be some big issues to deal with though (like a broken lease)...but oh well. I belong in the classroom.

Can't remember - where is the hometown?
|
Fayetteville, NC.
My wife almost swore the place off, but that's only because we lived in the crackhead part of town for the first three years of marriage (but sh*t- we paid 300 bucks a month for a friggin 2 bedroom / 1 bath home).
I'm looking at some gorgeous houses right now (for cheap and in good locations!).
|
Good luck!
Any family still in the area?

I've been told that I would make a good teacher and the idea interests me, but going back to school to get a teaching certificate doesn't interest me. I could probably teach accounting at the college level, except that it would only be a part-time after working my day job kind of job, and I'm not really interested in doing that either. |
I'd be interested in teaching but wouldn't want to take the pay cut. edit: so tired I can't even write.

Getting an NC teaching license basically goes like this:
"What's your name?" "What's your social security number?" "Do you have a 4-year-degree?" "Have you killed someone?"
"Very good...please wait 4-6 weeks for your certificate..."

Damn, I just had a 20 minute phone interview out of the blue. If I get the job, I'll be teaching high school English in my hometown.

Well, I'm older than dirt, so does that make you as old as dirt?

Why would you take my glasses? There is still some lemonade left in them. Have you taken to busing peoples' porches now too?

Did you remember to put your dentures in this morning?
|
I'll have you know that I still have all of my teeth and they are all my own, including my wisdom teeth. I also have all of my hair too, so no crazy combovers thank you very much. |
I think I'm going to ride my bike in your lawn today, gramps.
