Man, I'd love to see this reissued.
edit: saw your post about the drummer, a real shame, what a player.
Sometimes the guitar playing has a real Phil Miller quality to it - excellent.

You know what's criminal? The fact I don't have Knebnagauje on CD. Pat, remember Bob Stearman, drummer for PO died last month too.

I'd prefer him to play Roddick to be honest. However, I want Hewitt to beat Roddick.

I can see Murray through to the final. Plays the Hewitt/Roddick winner, no? I think he beats either one of those guys.

And Pat, that album just gets better and better.
Oooh, Murray has broken twice in a row and pretty easily too.

Thank you. It was a good day. Treated myself to some new CDs. And went to a free Detroit Symphony Orchestra concert in the park. I went with my sister's family, so my young nephews were inadvertently exposed to some culture. I suspect that Rico would consider it to have been a Pop concert. They played for a little over an hour, and it was all marches. I recognized a little over half of the songs, so that is what would make it pop symphony.

Hmmm well Djoko Homo lost, as I predicted. I want Hewitt to win but he's losing in the first set... early days though.
Murray has got his break back in the second, He's not playing fantastically yet but he's just suddenly upped his game.

Me too. If Safina beats Venus though, that won't happen.

Well, at least I won my Federer match perfectly so far. I'll have to see how the other 2 go.

I had a feeling Djoko would take an exit. After a lot of initial hype, his consistency leaves much to be desired.

Entertainment and novelty value, mainly. Personally, an entertaining contest is more important than whether name 1 beats name 2, has nicer hair or is more British. I just don't see why I'd support anyone over another if they're already competing in a relatively objective fashion. maybe if I thought they were a better player, but then, if they were and they played better on the day, they'd win anyway, so it'd be uneccessary. Djokovic out. Murray up by a set.
