I was just about to leave, but I was laughing my head off at that clip (again) earlier tonight, so I had to post it

That's one way of looking at it.

In any case, the album made me sleepy, so good night y'all!

I'm always in the right mood for that album...

But maybe I'm just an intense person. I'm also always in the mood for Henry Cow, so maybe it's just me instead of it being just June. Wink

Maybe you aren't in the right mood.

And I know. I love Ozric Tentacles, and they're kinda samey (though not as much as everyone says, since their albums DO differ from different eras). I don't find the songs particularly samey though, other than the fact they're by the same band and on the same album.

Intrusive, eh?

I think you just pinpointed the right word.

But oooh, I just found out Clapton and Winwood are releasing a live from MSG cd and dvd... weeeee!

It's great for screeching noises.
example:
"My car's brakes are screeching so bad, it almost sounds like Geddy Lee."

It's just you.

Ha.
Fail.

It is funny that we posted at the same time.

Well, at least I don't think they do. And I love that album to death anyway.

What's the origin and the point of the death metal growl? (it's not a rethorical question, I just really want to know)

I'm not entirely sure of this, but someone like David may know your question. I know he told me Death started Death Metal, but I'm not sure if they were the first ones to use the growl or not.

Well technically, one could make the argument that the "death growl" was around before death metal existed.
