A "Garmmar" is a cooking vessel in N.England my dark water-boiling implement.One we would only use if there were power cuts or emergencies...

I like my food.I eat like a horse and am one of those freaks of nature that never gain much weight.The only time I have been over 210 lbs is when I played football and was in the Army,weighed about 220-230 lbs then.
Just had Maryland rockfish broiled with garlic,onions,butter,lemon and pepper,some excellent saffron rice and asparagus tips(steamed).
