I've been breaking my head over this for the last 4 weeks (for those taking all posts seriously: not really, had other things on my mind)

Call one post stupid and you get hurled abuse!
Pointing out flaws isn't so serious, I wasn't losing any sleep over it, just stating the silliness of it.
In any case, it wasn't personal (I don't know who the hell you are), but telling me to get a life, that kind of is personal. It seems we are getting confused about who has over-reacted. Criticism is perhaps not needed here, but senseless posting invites critique. Insulting people's lack of a life on the other hand..... that's never justified.

I'd like to make a suggestion that, in future, we ban all Yes fans with less than 20,000 posts on the forum from voting in future polls, so as not to skew and alter the result of otherwise fairly straightforward polls |
1. Just because somebody prefers Yes to Genesis does not mean they don't happen to also prefer King Crimson to Genesis; there is nothing skewed about that.
2. How can you define a Yes fan? And in any case, many Yes fans are also Genesis fans.
3. Number of posts does not equate to intelligence, right to vote, value of opinion.... anything really, other than how frequently you are on this website. |
I believe Lazland was just kidding. |
Indeed I was Believe me, I have far more serious matters to worry about and take seriously.

Well Lazland you really do need to make it more obvious that you are joking. Perhaps a over draconian punishment for.....ah ok. Or try complete over exageration of ........mmm ok well why not stick a humerous emotithingy on the end ....oh ah well.

Jeezus christ, that's gonna be the dullest poll ever.
|
Haha, to you, yes. To others, not so dull.
Although PF doesn't really do much for me, so half-dull.

It'd be amazing if they could.
But, it looks like it'll be KC and PF...the two I enjoy the least from the top 4.
