(I thought this was about the protagonist of the song considering if he should be Satan's "chosen one" or not ...)

I heard: "The mighty corpse of Jerusalem"

If you speak German, you might mishear "Zïss ünt ëtnah" in Magma's Mekanïk Destruktïw Kommandöh as "Siehst du Edna?" (Do you see Edna?)

And it is hard to say the sheet music is definitive beyond any shadow of a doubt. The chords are played in substantially different positions by Mr. Howe.

Pretty sure karma is correct (http://www.azlyrics.com/lyrics/yes/iveseenallgoodpeople.html) but I always thought it was "comet" until a few years ago. I guess the reference to Instant Karma/Lennon fits in with them singing "Give Peace a Chance" at the end.

I guess it must be, but how do you send "an instant karma" to someone? although I guess there's no point in asking Anderson's lyrics to make sense....

From Robert Wyatt's "Little Red Robin Hood Hit the Road", I always thought that when Robert sings "Can you see them?" I always mishear it as "Count your semen".

At the end of the song "Beyond They Dwell" off of Glass Hammer's album Perilous, Jon concludes the chorus by singing loudly "onward!" and I thought at first he had said "awkward!"
