Last night I made some spicy Cajun chicken, Spanish potatoes and a caesar salad, but right now I'm enjoying a nice bowl of home-made rice pudding with raspberry sauce.
Simple, hearty and comforting -- one of my dear wife's Finnish specialities. 
I'm eating too much too -- BLOAT!
