Not sure if it's prog, but I love this photo of a blues legend (Eric Clapton) watching Joni Mitchell playing with her weird tunings and self-created chords and trying to work out wft she's doing. Apparantly he was sat there for a whole afternoon

This guitar was built on purpose by Tony Zemaitis for Greg Lake in 1976, but reality is that Greg never really liked its sound, and one day he lost his temper and smashed it. His favourite acoustic guitar was always the Gibson J-200. For many years people kept asking him about "the heart guitar" and eventually he asked Gibson to build him a customized J-200 inspired by the Zemaitis "heart".
