^ Hm ... Google has the definition of the word "redneck" as ... :

Quote a working-class white person, especially a politically reactionary one from a rural area

... which (and I gotta be man enough to admit it) is different from how I understood the word many years ago.

He made a Kobe fadeaway move, playing along, having fun. Then, as they got further down the street, the douchebag in the truck yelled, "What are you doing in a white neighborhood?"

Jesus, he's just a kid. He certainly doesn't need to deal with that kind of bullsh*t.

This is the same park where, about a month ago, we passed by a couple of guys kicking out a large swastika in the dirt by one of the picnic benches. When we made our circuit around the park and saw what they had drawn out, we kicked it all to dust again. I'm constantly amazed that such ideas as those appeal to people anymore.

that's f**ked up, both stories. where was this?

edit: I just noticed that your location is arizona so i'm assuming that's where :p

last.fm's new incarnation once again proving itself to obviously be the work of reptoids.

I agree but I guess you can't blame someone for assuming a possessive apostrophe applies when indeed the "its" is possessive-- and you used it above as "it has" rather than "it is", which is also correct.   And don't get me started on the post-S apostrophe (one of my favorites).   One of those absurdities of English.

Reading "it ' s" (with the apostrophe) used as a possessive determiner for the god-knows-what time. For quite a while it's (a contraction!) been rather annoying, but now it is crossing the line into the "upsetting" territory.

Sue me for something so "petty".

The new last.fm might not be fully operational yet to the point it's hard to judge it, but boy howdy is it confusing and I don't know why they have launched it already when it is obviously still in the beta stage.

It also upsets me that there's not much more use of the phrase "boy howdy" in everyday life.

Boy howdy is "boy howdy" a great phrase or what?

I'm probably alone here, but I actually kind of like the new layout, although there are so many bugs that I wonder why they launched such broken version.

And what upset me today: the fact that I told myself to go to bed two hours earlier and here I am.
I like coffee and crazy time signatures. Halfdream is my instrumental progressive metal/post-rock project.
