That's too bad.....bands this old cannot afford to put out A$$ recordings....I will pass on buying this one.


I just listened to this one as well and thought it was excellent.  The sound is nowhere near the VdGG we know and love, but I appreciate that they're branching out and becoming more experimental in their sound.  Mackerel Ate Them, Extractus, Collosus, Sackbutt, and Repeat After Me were especially enjoyable.

Guilty pleasure: I remember my dad having this on in the car when I was about 3, just makes me feel warm inside. Probably some psychological bull**** connection but it's a great album all the same...

Between Fish Rising and Space Shanty, two albums I had never heard before a couple of weeks ago, I'm quickly becoming a Steve Hillage fan.  I'm thinking about getting L now. Not sure about his later work, though.
