Who'll join me with 16 of the finest men in Scotland?
I mean, of course, those of Tain, and their quite remarkable 18 year-old daughter Glenmorangie.
Remember, it's not so much a drink as an experience - and it doesn't taste of sulphur or peppermint, no matter what the experts say. I rather think it tastes of bull penis - but not everybody is privy to such a delicacy (although I fancy I saw one in my privy...).
It could well provide the ultimate question to life, the universe and everything - but even if it doesn't, it's a damned good way to look for it.
Goes well with Brie...

1. I am a narcissist
2. I am quite self-indulgent. 3. I prefer solitude before spending time with other, less worthy human beings. 4. I sometimes seem drugged without being so. 5. Would love to discuss existentialism, but I have to go to class. And sit there thinking about how much smarter I am then everyone there...

May be so.....but don't we still experience this "life?"
Even if we are just a mental image, it feels real.
I say let's enjoy this "life" to the fullest. Because we can't control whether it's real or not.

I concede, playgrounds with swings are very nice.
(passes the Brie and headcheese) Of course, what if we do not actually exist, and are just inconsequential non-things thinking that we are real, with preset memories of some sort of life. What if we merely exist within the mind of God as he perceives us and have no existence of our own... |

What about lovely playgrounds with swings?
Things like swings are okay
Especially on a windy day
I sit in them and sway
Drinking my glass of Claret eh!
(... I'm Canadian eh)
pass the Brie

Exactly, you can't honestly believe in NOTHING since technically nothing can be really proven/disproven. I mean, everyone has beliefs.
And some bull penis sounds good.

Let me take you down, cos I'm going to unveil my latest research.
Nothing is real, and nothing to get hungabout.
Living is easy with eyes closed, misunderstanding all you see - It's getting hard to be someone but it all works out, it doesn't matter much to me No one I think is in my tree, I mean it must be high or low, that is you can't you know tune in but it's all right, that is I think it's not too bad Always, no sometimes, think it's me, but you know I know when it's a dream I think I know I mean a "Yes" but it's all wrong, that is I think I disagree. well... I can't prove Berkeley right scientifically either, I'm just
saying that there are no grounds upon which I can be swayed.
Of course, if I were a true follower of Berkeley I guess I would be an empiricist and not believe anything unless I were able to perceive it... maybe I'll just help myself to another bull penis instead |

So, you're saying you won't believe in anything that can't be scientifically proven? There alot of things out there that can't be truly proven....you won't believe in anything man. Unless you believe in yourself, which is just a collection of thoughts. Edited by JJLehto - May 03 2007 at 15:22 |

of course the brain is just an idea that we seem to think controls our processes and idea collection abilities...
Thats it! I don't believe in matter anymore! It cannot be scientifically proven. |
