I find it ironic that you messed up grammar on a post that you're using to be an ass to someone else.

I'm gonna go off in a bit and make splices of sh*t that might go on top of each other right now I'm probably gonna adjust the tempos for the bassline of The National Anthem and I Might Be Wrong see how that goes
also, this has no relevance to this thread none whatsoever but the best you can is good enough

So I just made something really awesome (really as in, it really is awesome beyond the simple fact that I made it).
However, it is too long, but once I've cut it down I'll up it so you can be blown away.
I also made a haunting synth backing that you guys can work around.

Also, we're called Anachronism because we're ahead of our time. I think that's extremely obvious. Retard. ![Stern Smile Stern Smile](smileys/smiley22.gif) ![Tongue Tongue](smileys/smiley17.gif) This is a joke see Vompatti I didn't mean it. Look at that tongue. I didn't mean it.

How does that make it an anachronism anyway? Seems like a slight misapplication of the term. |
Yes, I probably could've executed my post better, doesn't take away the intent.
And you did jump to conclusions, since you assumed that, because of posts six months ago, you could lightly skim that post and get the gist of it. You assumed the intent of the post without paying enough detail to it, because if you had read it closely, you would've noticed the italics, which would've made my comedic intent clear. That's textbook jumping to conclusions.

I did read it intently and your comedic intent wasn't clear at all, so obviously it was a misunderstanding.

You missed how I italicized the mistake in order to emphasize the irony. The misplaced "the" is temporally misplaced, therefore it is an anachronism in that sentence. ![Wink Wink](smileys/smiley2.gif)
The moral: closely analyze my posts for their subtleties before jumping to the conclusion that I am an ass

Huh? I coulda sworn it was: Anachronism–noun 1. | something
or someone that is not in its correct historical or chronological time,
esp. a thing or person that belongs to an earlier time: The sword is an anachronism in modern warfare. | 2. | an error in chronology in which a person, object, event, etc., is assigned a date or period other than the correct one: To assign Michelangelo to the 14th century is an anachronism. |

What does all this have to do with anachronisms?
