hmmm... interesting, yet it doesn't answer the question of Consciousness; if I am but a carrier for a mass of DNA, then why do I experience sentience (and how even). It might be equivalent to saying that I am single creature formed by the symbiosis (there's a better word for this) of many similar organisms, but somehow I operate as one.
