Will the world end in 2012?

   I don't think will end in our lifetime- Im pretty damn sure of myself too. 

If it does end in 2012, I sure hope Rush releases a new album beforehand- I'll die happy.

	The most recent discussion on this topic is a year old, so I thought I'd start a new one. This comes up a lot. How the long count calendar ends 12-21-2012, and some quotes from the bible about when we are near the end. The Yellowstone supervolcano is expected to erupt soon, a nuclear war could happen, population growth could become a problem, and computer intelligence doubles every 1.5 years, so there are a lot of factors going towards the end being near. Do you believe it will end, and do you care? Do you think it will happen naturally or man-made? Personally, I think it is a possibility. I think something good could happen 2012. The end of the calendar doesn't necessarily mean an apocalypse. Overall, there are enough factors to make me worry, but I try not to think about it. Your thoughts?
