Personally I don't see the attraction of PT. Sure they are good musicians and the albums are enjoyable, but they don't rank up there with the best for me. My best release of 2007 is not on the list: Phideaux: Doomsday Afternoon.

I still don't see how so many people think that Fear of a Blank Planet is so noteworthy. It's not that good. Between the Buried and Me wrote and played circles around them with their release, and so did a handful of other bands. Don't get me wrong, it's still a good album, but it's far overrated.

I hate to be cliche...but FoaBP. It was just that good, but so many great albums came out.
