Yes -  The Gates of Delirium

It's just an absolute roller-coaster, there's nothing like it.  Yes at their freakiest (only matched by "The Ancient on TFTO).  They were best when they were freaky or funky, or both (which I find is the case with Gates).

A close second, however, is Larks' Tongues In Aspic, Part Two.  I just love all that 10/8 stuff; it grooves nicely.

It is certainly difficult to determine which song is the best because it constantly changes when I listen to another masterpiece of progressive rock. However, Harmonium - Lumières de vie is probably one of my best progressive rock song!
