If vocal harmonies are the thing, then I'm going with Porcupine Tree. All I have to do is mention "The Sound of Muzak" and most of you will know what I'm talking about, although I think my favorite are the heavenly vocals in "Glass Arm Shattering"..... ohhhhhhhhh.... orgasmic....Embarrassed

On the Prog-Related scene, The Alan Parsons Project make good use of harmonies as well, especially when they have Chris Rainbow on board, like in the tracks 'Gemini' from the Eye In The Sky Album, or 'Destiny' from the Freudiana album

I love the harmonies on "Ghost of Perdition" and "Bleak", as well as the ones on "Piano Lessons" and many other PT songs...I think my favorite harmonies in general have to come from Pink Floyd though

I'm a big Harmony Nut.

There are tons of great harmonies.
 
I think Yes has most of the best. Porcupine Tree's Harmonies are great as well.
Gentle Giant Clap
Floyd, Symphony X, Flower Kings  But then there are The Beatles... Showtunes, Barbershop Quartets, Mozart, System of a Down, Dispatch, Muse, Queen.
 
Overall I think Non-Prog does better vocal harmony than Prog, but there are some truly great moments with vocal harmony in prog.

Yes. Every song Yes makes just has teh best vocal melodies.
There are also a few good ones from Ayreon but i don't know which

It's one of the things I love about music. It gets you right in the chest. It makes you wish your voice was about 7 octaves higher. Yes, folks... I'm talking about prog vocal harmonies. We've all heard ones that we love. Now is the time to express those joys to the world.
 
My personal favorite is Starship Trooper by Yes. Although, that one line from Dogs as well...
 
"You'll reap the harvest you have sown..."
