So somebody under 50 might not know a famous song like Silver Machine? Really? Also here on PA?

No, I'm just saying anyone under the age of fifty may not have seen the original Silver Machine video on Top of the Pops, but I'm sure everyone here at PA knows the Silver Machine song, whatever age they are. I have a confession to make though.... Up until going online in 2010, Silver Machine was the only Hawkwind song I knew. Embarrassed

Maybe to you, but it wasn't redundant to me as I just enjoyed watching it again. Anyway, there must be someone out there who hasn't already seen Hawkwind's Silver Machine video, especially if they're under the age of fifty. Smile

so you have a low opinion about people under 50?

No, it's just that if you're under the age of fifty then you're very unlikely to have seen Silver Machine performed on Top of the Pops back in the seventies. Smile

Not what you meant, you basically insulted all people under 50, whether you wanted to or not, only you know.

Your last post also doesn't make any sense, I'll let to figure out why... LOL

Psych Britannia Four: A-Z Album Links

The first Sam Gopal album "Escalator" features Lemmy Kilmister before he rose to even greater heights with Motorhead and the second album "Father Mucker" is essentially a Sam Gopal solo album of Raga Rock, so break out the vindaloo curry and poppadoms and prepare for a sonic feast of hot and spicy Indian vibes. Psych Britannia Four: A-Z Album Links

3 stars 1964: Tommy Quickly - Tommy Quickly & the Remo Four -

This is Tommy Quickly's one and only album before he just as quickly disappeared from the music business in 1965, although I'm happy to discover he's still with us and up to speed at the age of 78 RPM. Rock on Tommy! Smile

Yes, it's back in the days when 45 RPM singles used to cost six shillings and sixpence, or 78 plastic pennies. Smile

You had me worried there. For one awful moment, I thought YouTube might have deleted my channel again (for the third time). The second link works for me, but the first link doesn't work for me either, so I'll Keep On Tryin' Smile
Plastic Penny were an obscure Psychedelic Pop band and this is their one and only hit single.....

I've never heard of this band, obscure I guess, what do they sound like?
